MOBILE LIBRARY INFORMATION
All mobile library stops are open to the public. Your mobile library carries
the following materials for all ages: books, books on tape, videos, DVD’s,.
Computers are available for typing and printing and eventually Internet service.
LIBRARY CARDS
Patrons must have a library card to check out materials on the mobile
library. Your card from the main library will be accepted on the mobile branch
and vice versa. If you do not have a card at all you can apply for a library
card on the mobile library with proof of your current address. Children at any
age can apply for and receive a card with parental permission
CHECKING IN AND CHECKING OUT MATERIALS
Items are checked out for 14 days and are eligible to be renewed for another
14 days if a "Hold" has not been placed on that title. "NEW" books, DVD’s and
videos cannot be renewed.
No items may be taken from the mobile library without first being checked
out.
You are responsible for all materials checked out on your card. You may not
use other patron’s cards to check out materials.
Titles that are checked out can be placed on "Hold" for you. This can be done
through the librarian or the library’s web page from a computer at home or
office. You must, however, give the librarian a PIN# first.
Materials can be returned to either the mobile or main library.
OVERDUES
Materials are overdue if they are not returned by the due date that appears
on the slip at the back of the item.
If you have overdue books, you will not be able to check out more items.
Materials will automatically be renewed if we are unable to come due to
inclement weather or vehicle mechanical problems.
